在留資格認定証明書交付申請（COE）
Application for Certificate of Eligibility
外国人が「短期滞在」以外の在留資格で日本で活動したい場合に、条件の適合性審査をし、在留資格認定証明書を交付してもらうものです。
日本に招へいする前に申請手続きを行うものです。
If a foreigner wishes to engage in activities in Japan under a residence status other than “Temporary Visitor”, they will be examined to see if they meet the conditions and will be issued a Certificate of Eligibility.
This is an application procedure that must be completed before inviting the person to Japan.
家族滞在ビザ（Family VISA）
Spouse and children of Japanese nationals
家族滞在ビザとは、就労ビザなどで日本に滞在している外国人（扶養者）の配偶者と子が、日本で一緒に暮らすための在留資格です。原則として就労は認められていませんが、「資格外活動許可」を取得することで、一部の就労が可能です。
A family visa is a status of residence that allows the spouse and children of a foreigner (dependent) who is staying in Japan on a work visa or other visa to live together in Japan. In principle, employment is not permitted, but some employment is possible by obtaining permission to 「engage in activities other」 than those permitted under the status of residence.
この在留資格に該当する日本に滞在している外国人とは、
教授、芸術、宗教、報道、
高度専門職、経営・管理、法律・会計業務、医療、研究、教育、技術・人文知識・国際業務、企業内転勤、介護、興行、技能、特定技能２号
文化活動又は留学の在留資格をもって在留する者の扶養を受ける配偶者又は子として行う日常的な活動。
該当例としては、在留外国人が扶養する配偶者・子。
Daily activities conducted as a dependent spouse or child of a person residing in Japan with a status of residence of
Professor, Artist, Religious Affairs, Journalist (Table 1), Highly Skilled Professional (Table 2), Business Management, Legal/Accounting Services, Medical, Research, Education, Technical/Humanities Specialist/International Services, Intra-company Transferee, Nursing Care, Entertainer, Skilled Worker, Specified Skilled Worker (ii), Cultural Activities (Table 3), or Student (Table 3) under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.
Examples of such persons include spouses and children supported by foreign residents.

１．日本に滞在している扶養者の書類
Documents for those staying in Japan
(1) パスポート Passport（copy）
(2) 在留カード Residence CARD（copy）
(3) 写真 Photo（40mm×30mm）
JPEG, BMP is also acceptable !
２．申請人と扶養者との身分関係を証する文書（次のいずれか）
verifying the relationship between the applicant and the dependent.
（Any of the following documents）
(1) 戸籍謄本

(2) 婚姻届受理証明書
Marriage registration certificate
(3) 結婚証明書（写し）
Marriage certificate（copy）
(4) 出生証明書（写し）

３．扶養者の職業及び収入を証する文書
Documents verifying the career and income of the supporter.
(1) 在職証明書又は営業許可書の写し等
※ 扶養者の職業がわかる証明書など
Certificate of employment or business license, etc.
(2) 住民税の課税（又は非課税）証明書
Resident tax (or non-tax) certificate.
(3) 納税証明書（１年間の総所得及び納税状況が記載されたもの）
※ １月１日現在お住まいの市区町村の区役所・市役所・役場から発行されます。

「家族滞在」の在留資格に係る資格外活動許可について
Regarding permission to engage in activities other than those permitted under the Family Stay VISA
1週について28時間以内の収入を伴う事業を運営する活動又は報酬を受ける活動を行う場合は、資格外活動の包括許可が必要となります。
If you wish to engage in activities related to operating a business that generates income for up to 28 hours per week or activities for which you receive remuneration, you will need a general permit for activities outside the scope of your status of residence permitted under the visa status you have obtained thus far.
在留資格変更許可申請
Application for change of status of residence
在留資格を有する外国人が、在留目的を変更して新たに他の在留資格で活動を行おうとするときに、その許可を受ける手続きです。
新しい活動内容や所属機関に応じて必要な書類が異なりますので、しっかりとお話を聞きながら、手続きを進めていきましょう。
This is the procedure to obtain permission when a foreign national with a status of residence wishes to change the purpose of their residence and engage in new activities under a different status of residence.
The documents required will vary depending on the new activity and the institution to which they are affiliated, so please listen carefully as you go through the procedures.
在留期間更新許可申請
Application for extension of period of stay
日本に在留する外国人が、現在持っている在留資格の活動を引き続き行おうとするときに、在留期間の更新許可を申請する手続きです。
在留期間の満了日までに許可されるように、満了の３か月前から余裕を持って申請しましょう。
This is the procedure for foreign nationals residing in Japan to apply for permission to extend their period of stay when they wish to continue engaging in activities permitted by their current residence status.
You should apply well in advance, three months before your period of stay expires, so that permission can be granted by the expiration date.
日本で就労している外国人が、収入を伴う事業を運営する活動や、報酬を受ける活動を証明する文書の申請です。
就労資格証明書を取得しておくと、その後の在留期間の更新手続きが容易になるメリットがあります。
This is an application for a document that proves that a foreign national working in Japan is operating a business that generates income or is engaged in activities that receive remuneration.
Obtaining a Certificate of Authorized Employment has the advantage of making it easier to apply for renewal of your period of stay in the future.

A Permit for Extra-status Activities
現在持っている在留資格とは違う内容の活動により収入を伴う事業を運営するか、報酬をもらう活動をしようとする場合に、資格外活動の許可をもらう手続きです。
This is the procedure to obtain permission to engage in activities outside the scope of your status of residence if you intend to operate a business that generates income through activities that are different from those permitted by your current status of residence, or if you intend to engage in activities for which you receive remuneration.
経営管理準備ビザ（４ヶ月）
Business Manager Preparation VISA（４Months ）
外国人の方が日本で会社を設立して事業の経理を行う場合に、「経営・管理ビザ」を取得しますが、
その準備期間として、4ヶ月間の「経営・管理ビザ」が取得できます。
When a foreigner establishes a company in Japan and handles the accounting for the business, they will obtain a “Business Manager Visa”,
and as a preparation period, they can obtain a four-month “Business Manager Visa”.
- １．定款・事業計画書作成
Articles of Incorporation・business plan creation. - まず最初に、外国にいるあなたは、会社の基本的事項を定めた「定款」や「事業計画書」を作成してください。
特に事業計画書は重要です。短期的・中長期的な明確なビジョンが審査されます。資金の準備か常勤職員２名以上の確保などと、自身の経験や、持続可能なビジネスの見込みを客観的に説明する。
First of all, if you are in a foreign country, please prepare “articles of incorporation” and “business plan” that define the basic matters of the company.
The business plan is especially important. A clear vision for the short-term, medium-term and long-term will be evaluated. Explain objectively your experience and the prospects for a sustainable business, such as preparing funds or securing at least two full-time employees.
- ２．経営管理ビザ COE申請（４ヶ月）
Business Manager Visa (4Months) Application - 定款や事業計画書をもとに、「経営管理ビザ」の認定証明書(COE)をこちらで申請します。
Based on the articles of incorporation and business plan, you can apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for a “Business Manager Visa” my office.
- ３．来日
Coming to Japan - COEの許可が降りたら、あなたに認定証明書を送付しますので、母国の日本大使館でVISAを取得し、日本に来てください。
Once COE approval has been granted, a certificate of accreditation will be sent to you, so please obtain a visa at the Japanese embassy in your home country and come to Japan.

- ４．会社設立登記
Company registration - 最初に作成した定款をもとに、会社設立登記します。
The company will be registered based on the articles of incorporation that you first created.
- ５．経営開始
Start of Business - 会社設立登記が完了したら、事業を開始してください。
Once your company registration is complete, you can start your business.
- ６．経営管理ビザ更新（１年）
Business Manager Visa Extension (1year) - 事業を開始したら、こちらで中長期の「経営・管理ビザ」に変更申請をします。最初は１年のビザがもらえるでしょう。
Once you start your business, you will need to apply for a change to a mid- to long-term “business manager visa.” You will probably be given a 1year visa at first.

受注にあたり
Order Rules
Rule-1：報酬は、原則として全額、前払いでお願いします。
Please pay in advance in full.
Rule-2：申請後、不許可の場合は、報酬額の50%を返金いたします。
If you disallow it, we will refund 50%.
Rule-3：許可の可能性が低いと判断されるような場合は、返金できません。
If the possibility of permission is deemed low, we cannot refund you.
Rule-4：申告内容や提出された資料に、事実と異なる事項がある場合は、返金できません。
If the details of the declaration or the materials submitted differ from the facts, we cannot refund you.
Rule-5：申請後に転職など、お客様の事情により不許可になった場合は、返金できません。
If the customer is not permitted due to circumstances such as changing jobs after applying, we cannot refund you.
Rule-6：面談により、そもそも許可基準を満たさない場合は、受任できません。
If the interview does not meet the license criteria in the first place, you will not be able to take the role.
Rule-7：強く希望されても、虚偽の申請をされる場合は、受任できません。
Even if you strongly request it, if you make a false application, you will not be able to accept it.
Rule-8：在留期限まで２週間以内に申請準備にかかれない場合は、特急料金として標準報酬の1.5倍いただきます。
If we are required to prepare for the application within two weeks of your residence deadline, we will charge you 1.5 times the express fee.
