経営管理準備ビザ（４ヶ月）
Business Manager Preparation VISA（４Months ）
外国人の方が日本で会社を設立して事業の経理を行う場合に、「経営・管理ビザ」を取得しますが、その準備期間として、4ヶ月間の「経営・管理ビザ」が取得できます。
When a foreigner establishes a company in Japan and handles the accounting for the business, they will obtain a “Business Manager Visa”,
and as a preparation period, they can obtain a four-month “Business Manager Visa”.
- １．定款・事業計画書作成
Articles of Incorporation・business plan creation. - まず最初に、外国にいるあなたは、会社の基本的事項を定めた「定款」や「事業計画書」を作成してください。
特に事業計画書は重要です。短期的・中長期的な明確なビジョンが審査されます。資金の準備か常勤職員２名以上の確保などと、自身の経験や、持続可能なビジネスの見込みを客観的に説明する。
First of all, if you are in a foreign country, please prepare “articles of incorporation” and “business plan” that define the basic matters of the company.
The business plan is especially important. A clear vision for the short-term, medium-term and long-term will be evaluated. Explain objectively your experience and the prospects for a sustainable business, such as preparing funds or securing at least two full-time employees.
- ２．経営管理ビザ COE申請（４ヶ月）
Business Manager Visa (4Months) Application - 定款や事業計画書をもとに、「経営管理ビザ」の認定証明書(COE)をこちらで申請します。
Based on the articles of incorporation and business plan, you can apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for a “Business Manager Visa” my office.
- ３．来日
Coming to Japan - COEの許可が降りたら、あなたに認定証明書を送付しますので、母国の日本大使館でVISAを取得し、日本に来てください。
Once COE approval has been granted, a certificate of accreditation will be sent to you, so please obtain a visa at the Japanese embassy in your home country and come to Japan.

・常勤職員２名以上の確保

- ４．会社設立登記
Company registration - 最初に作成した定款をもとに、会社設立登記します。
The company will be registered based on the articles of incorporation that you first created.
- ５．経営開始
Start of Business - 会社設立登記が完了したら、事業を開始してください。
Once your company registration is complete, you can start your business.
- ６．経営管理ビザ更新（１年）
Business Manager Visa Extension (1year) - 事業を開始したら、こちらで中長期の「経営・管理ビザ」に変更申請をします。最初は１年のビザがもらえるでしょう。
Once you start your business, you will need to apply for a change to a mid- to long-term “business manager visa.” You will probably be given a 1year visa at first.
